1. Is your software compliant? [tax information]

Our software is completely 100% HIPPA compliant. Our software also qualifies for the IRS section 179 tax-deduction as well as a tax "write-off". With regard to the Medicare's upcoming ARRA Certification; CoAction assures its users that our software is guaranteed to pass certification once the preliminary certification process begins.
2. Does CoAction Process the Insurance Claims as well?

CoAction software is able to create the HCFA forms to be process either electronically or by mail but we do not physically process the claims for you. We do however work very closely with 2 insurance claims processing companies that have very comparable rates and has worked very well for our users. CoAction will also work with any other insurance claims processing companies as well.
3. Is CoAction internet based?

No, CoAction is not internet-based. Current internet-based software technology only allows access on patient information from the internet, leaving users powerless if the internet were to go down. CoAction is designed using "server-based" internet technology which allows our users to work on patient information without internet access. Server-based internet technology provides the added function of allows our software to automatically secure and back up valuable office documents (including X-rays) to our secure 100% HIPPA compliant back-up servers.
4. Is your software Apple compatible?

CoAction runs perfectly fine on Apple computers with windows emulation. Please e-mail CoAction Support Team for more information.
5. How do I install CoAciton on a new Computer?

To install CoAction on a new computer click this link. CoAction Download Once this file is downloaded unzip it and run Setup.exe. Follow the onscreen instructions. After the installation is complete you will need to do a one time configuration. Double click the CoAction icon on the desktop and click the configuration button on the logon screen. Enter the appropriate settings as provided to you from CoAction. That's it. CoAction Support Team for more information.
